Oak Custom Made King Bed
Solid Oak King Size Bed. Made from Solid Oak. This bed is not veneered and the posts were made by face gluing 3/4" thick oak boards one on top of the other. The bed was constructed of wood from an old general store (which was a barn).

Made by Marr Wood Working and Design is a small shop located in Bryson City, NC, which sits nestled in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina. In fact, our shop is located just 1 mile from the Deep Creek entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. As such, we don't have to look far for inspiration from the natural environment.
We build unique pieces, but we will never sacrifice sound joinery and wood working practices just to produce something unique. We put a lot of pride in our work and provide our clients with pieces their family will enjoy for generations to come. We are a small shop that focuses on working hand and hand with our clients designing and building custom furniture and accessories.
