Chief petty officer charge book. Each one of these binders is handmade entirely to the customers specifications. Each one features nautical clasps and encloses up to 4" of paperwork. An easy carry handle is also provided. These take quite a bit of time to make so no rush orders on these. Each one is cut, stitched, tooled dyed and painted entirely by hand. They come lined in suede with 4" screw posts.
