At POP Lampshades, we take pride in delivering your custom, hand-crafted lampshades with care and attention to detail. Please read our shipping policy below to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Processing Time
All custom lampshades are made to order. The production time for custom orders is typically 4-8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.
Once your lampshade is completed, we will carefully package it for shipping. You will receive a notification with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer standard and expedited shipping options through trusted carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS). Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, package size, and delivery speed.
Standard shipping within the US typically takes 5-7 business days.
Expedited shipping options are available upon request for an additional fee.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates vary depending on the destination. Please note that delivery times may be longer, and customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees associated with their order.
Packaging
Every lampshade is packaged securely using eco-friendly materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We take extra care to protect fragile items during transit.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, POP Lampshades is not responsible for any delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather. In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you promptly.

Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either through a replacement or a refund.
