Shipping Policy

We ship to all of the U.S. & Canada. We use UPS, FedEx, USPS and Common Carrier depending on size and weight. We try to package all items to withstand brutal shipping and photograph all items prior to shipping! We will personally deliver larger items within a 300 mile radius for a negotiated fee.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on monogrammed items unless a lost or damaged item is due to our negligence. We are usually back ordered 1-3 weeks and will accept cancellations with a full refund prior to the start of a project. We also have a heart, and understand that things happen. We will make exceptions from time to time depending on the circumstances. We are not hard to get along with!
