Seahorse In Cypress

I absolutely LOVE the cutting board I ordered. I sent a picture of the design and the finished product was exactly what I wanted. The quality of the board is great, communication was excellent and the product was received very fast! I can't wait to give this as a gift and I will be ordering again.

I am satisfied with the time frame but because I don't live near the gift recipient, I was hoping for a photo of the finished product so when I got the email saying it was being shipped out and see the photo attached, I got all excited only to email them asking where I can see the photo and was told they packaged it up so quick to ship it out that they forgot to snap a pic of it! :( That was disappointing. My Aunt says its very pretty but she doesn't know how to send me a pic of it so I am hoping its what I wanted……….Then, another thing was that she didn't know who it was from since there wasn't a note saying it was from me so for a whole day, she wondered who sent it and I had to track the shipment (which was left at the front guard gate of her development for a day) and then call her asking if she received something……was expecting them to add my name in it knowing the shipping name and address was different? But am more upset that I cannot see the finished product which I cannot make sure it looks like it was supposed to being that I cannot see it in person.

This project was completed much faster then I expected, the maker was wonderful to deal with and I highly recommend if you are looking for something personalized, they are perfect
