Brandon was a dream to work with! Not knowing who, nor what, to expect from CustomMade, it was sort of a crap-shoot. Brandon Undeberg was very communicative, sincere to meet my needs, and affordable. Covid struck his business so I could only give him 5 stars there, but if 6 were available on the other criteria, he would receive them. The shortcoming on this transaction was the web presence of CustomMade. Their limitations made it VERY difficult to communicate with Brandon and to pay him. They need to offer PayPal to simply the process.

The artist was incredibly flexible as the design evolved. When I asked, he gave me advice on design. He was able to do all of this as COVID-19 affected most areas of life. He made a beautiful piece. Thank you!

I wanted a custom made guitar strap for my daughter’s 24th birthday and came across Brandon searching online. He knew I needed the gift by 5/8 and made sure I had it on time. He kept me up to date during the entire process and answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. Brandon is a true craftsman. Great experience all around. I think a custom saddle is next on my list!

Great holster! Fits my gun very well, although it is an inch longer than what we talked about. But overall I like it to the point where I would like Undeberg Saddles to make a second one for a different revolver. I would definitely recommend this maker for any custom leather work. Pics coming soon

Brandon is patient, communicative, and sent me an awesome finished product! I could not be happier with the mug that he made, and it made me look good when I gifted it to a friend!

Brandon did a great job taking the time to talk with me about the design and what I wanted to incorporate into the wallet. He made sure he had all of the correct dimensions for the badge and it fits well although the badge is turned to the side instead of upright. Not a big deal. I am a little underwhelmed with the wallet for the amount of money that it cost but that could very well be my fault for not requesting more details. The stitching is a little messy on one side but not to bad. Overall my experience was good and I would order from Brandon again.

Had a Western style holster and belt made for my 357 revolver. I also wanted my cattle brand incorporate into the holster. My expectations were not only meet but exceeded. Brandon and I communicated at length via email to finalize all the aspects I had been looking for in a "Working" shoulder holster. One which would stand up to the rigors of daily wear by an active tradesman. He suggested features I hadn't even thought of, and was very helpful in designing this rig.
