I ship mostly by USPS and UPS to the united states. I'm willing to ship anywhere, but those costs will have to be paid by the buyer.

Installation Policy

I generally do not do installations unless it happens to be for a local client. I would be willing to discuss installation, but prefer that you use a local contractor to install.

Return Policy: I will take returns if there is something wrong with the item, if you gave me incorrect measurements I will NOT take a return. I'll work with you to make it right, but with the cost of materials I cannot afford to pay for your mistakes.

Refund/Cancellation Policy: If I have ordered materials for your project my warehouse either charges a 20% restocking fee, or refuses returns altogether. If I can return materials, I will give you a refund minus the shipping and restocking costs.  If I have already begun cutting your pieces, or started on your project, then the 50% down payment will be forfeit.

Communication Policy: During your custom build I will be happy to answer any questions you have, give you updates on the build etc. Because I spend most of my day working, I may not be able to give updates immediately, but I try to return all messages within 24 hours. Many times during your custom build I will need additional information. Please be available to answer those questions in a timely manner.
