I ship mostly by USPS to the united states. I'm willing to ship anywhere, but those costs will have to be paid by the buyer.

Return Policy: I will take returns if there is something wrong with the item, if you gave me incorrect measurements I will NOT take a return. I'll work with you to make it right, but with the cost of leather I cannot afford to pay for your mistakes. Refund/Cancellation Policy: If I have ordered leather for your project my warehouse charges a 20% restocking fee. If I haven't cut anything out yet I will give you a refund minus the shipping and restocking costs. Typically about $40.00. If I have already begun cutting your pieces/stamping, etc., then the 50% down payment will be forfeit. Communication Policy: During your custom build I will be happy to answer any questions you have, give you updates on the build etc. Because I spend most of my day working, I may not be able to give updates immediately, but I try to return all messages within 24 hours. Many times during your custom build I will need additional information. Please be available to answer those questions in a timely manner. If I have tried to contact you and there is no response for 2 weeks I will have CustomMade cancel the order and I will issue a partial refund. If I have ordered Leather the restocking/shipping fees will apply here. If I have begun making your project then there will not be a refund.
