Shipping Policy

I ship anywhere in the US using USPS and UPS. For an additional fee I may deliver large pieces. The primary service areas for workshops are Florida and the Ohio Valley area.

I have never needed to provide a refund, but do believe the customer should be happy with whatever product(s) I deliver to them. I will be very specific and aim to have both the customer and I clearly understand the quality, function and timing parameters prior to accepting a project. If a refund is warranted, a credit (excluding materials costs) will gladly be provided. Cancellations will only be acceptable prior to project start. If any materials were acquired for the project, the customer is liable for payment for materials. In general, returns will not be taken. I may entertain replacement if the product is in my inventory in a different selection of wood.
