Your satisfaction is our top priority as we want you to be satisfied with the quality of the design and craft of your custom GD products. We craft each piece with these expectations in mind. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund for custom products but we will find an agreeable solution to each situation to ensure you, our valuable customer is satisfied. Returns are accepted on products that arrive with shipping defects. Additional returns are accepted on home decor items but buyer must pay return shipping costs. Custom furniture and larger items will be addressed with you, our valued customer, to find an agreeable solution to ensure your satisfaction. Cancellations of orders will not be accepted once a contract has been agreed upon due to the cost of ordering of materials, construction, and the extensive design/build process.
