Tuyen is amazing! She is extremely talented and worked well on my project! It is beautiful; however, when it was delivered, one of the characters were broken and had some damage to it. Tuyen rectified the situation and offered suggestions to fix the figurine.

It was very easy to work with Tuyen. She made sure everything I asked for was taken care of. It was finished very quick. The only thing that wasn't great was the boat got here broken because of shipping but I know it wasn't her fault. I got the glue she recommended and we will fix it before the wedding. :)

Such a great experience and the end product is so adorable. We are thrilled. The puppies ears chipped off in shipping but they were so delicate. We can glue them so it’s ok. I will recommend again for sure.

Tuyen was so great to work with in creating a custom wedding cake topper. She sent photographs of the clay characters at various stages of completion so I knew what I was getting and could alert her to any changes and what not prior to her firing the clay, finalizing, and shipping. My fiancé LOVED seeing our two cats incorporated into the topper and, yes, I'll admit, we both cried when we held the little black cat figure, whose real-life counterpart passed away last March, between the engagement and wedding, but who is still very much a part of our family - and now the celebration, too, wild-eyed and smiling and happy like we remember her. Tuyen delivered what she promised, when she promised it, and at an affordable price. I would definitely suggest her to others and work with her again!
