I take great pride in my work. If you buy something and are unsatisfied with the result, I guarantee that I will work with you to adjust the design, free of charge for the first adjustment and a negotiable price for any additional adjustments (shipping, however, will always be at the expense of the customer). Custom personalized work (pieces with requested names on them, customized characters, or concept characters or otherwise) will be non-refundable and once in-progress, custom projects cannot be cancelled. For stock items purchased directly from my portfolio, I offer returns within 60 days of delivery. Shipping for returns is at the customer's expense. If you need an item by a specific date or for a specific event, please let me know in advance of accepting a proposal.
