If you purchase one of our "Buy Now" products and are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund as long as the item is unused and in original condition. Refund will be issued upon product being received back by us. For custom orders we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds due to the unique nature of every piece.
