We specialize in the three R's: 'Rescuing, Re-purposing and Re-introducing' up-cycled materials. We apply the three 'R's' in most of our sign projects as well as many of our furniture projects.
When considering a commission for work, please provide clear instruction and details for your project. We provide one initial proof of concept free of charge based on customer input for all sign commissions..
Customer's proof will be posted for approval to the Custom Made website. We offer one revision of initial proof free of charge and will attach revision to a proposal.
In the event additional revisions are required, additional proofs are available upon acceptance of proposal. Custom commissions are subject to cost increases incurred by customer when a complete redesign is required.
Cost increases will be resubmitted as an amendment to original proposal. No work may commence until customer accepts amended proposal.
Commissioned works cannot be returned or refunded. Customer is responsible for supplying correct spelling of personal names, dates of interest, general information, special quotes or sayings applied to signs and wall art.
Blue Shed Mayhem and its representatives are not responsible for items damaged, mishandled, or lost during shipping. Please provide correct delivery address when placing order.

For Custom Wooden Switch Plates3.0The item itself is fine, but cost of shipping was excessive with $15.00 for item and an additional $13.00 for shipping. Delivery was promised in 14 days and actually took 22 days. Also, as part of the order, 2 color matched screws were promised and these were not included in the package with the switchplate so I will have to obtain and paint these screws myself.
All in all, for what is a commodity item (just the outline of a state) and not really custom work, the lateness of an item expected in the promised time for a gift and delivered late, and the high shippng charge, means I can’t really recommend this process to anyone else.
