Consistent with our customer-centered approach, we prefer to deliver our furniture directly to you and on your schedule. The same people who make your furniture and pay attention to every detail will also deliver your furniture and make sure that it arrives safely and that you are 100% satisfied with your new piece. We personally deliver throughout the Middle Atlantic region: PA, NJ, DE, VA, MD, NY. We often will deliver for no charge depending on your order; other areas we have a modest charge to cover fuel costs. Custom Furniture Our design process is easy and starts with a simple conversation. We'll talk about your ideas, existing decorating themes, colors, patterns and styles. A trip to see your home (or business) and the space can be helpful, as well as reviewing pictures of furniture that you like. ​ We will prepare some sketches and a list of materials for you to review. After a few more conversations, an estimate and expected timeline will be developed and reviewed with you. There are no fees for this step of the process and no pressure for you to move forward. ​ Project Commitment ​ If you decide to move forward with your custom piece, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Once received, detailed shop drawings will be prepared and we will once again discuss your project prior to beginning our work. ​ Build Phase ​ We will begin work on your piece and keep you informed of our progress with frequent communication and pictures at key steps in the process. You are always welcome to visit the shop to see your furniture as it comes to life. If we have any questions or need to make any decisions along the way, we will ask you first. ​ Completion ​ Your piece is now done. We will send detailed pictures to you or once again you can visit the shop to see your piece. The final payment is due prior to delivery. Guarantee & Return Policies If you purchase one of our existing pieces from the shop, we guarantee our work against defects in materials and workmanship. Because of the superior workmanship, quality materials and care that goes into the construction of each piece of our furniture, defects in materials and workmanship are rare. However, if a defect is noticed up to 90 days from the date of delivery, please contact us to determine the best method of repair. Each order will be handled on an individual basis.
