Shipping Policy

I ship my work to destinations in the United States and Canada. Typically I would ship pieces through the US Postal Service. If items are larger or heavy, I use FedEx. Custom orders will ship in 2 - 3 weeks depending on the size and complexity of the project, once your payment has cleared my bank. If I’m out-of-town for an extended time, special arrangements can be made. I accept Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit card payments. A 50% down payment is required for larger pieces. For smaller pieces payment in full is required before the item is shipped.

No returns are accepted on custom orders; they are considered a final sale. If you change your mind and the order is completed, your down payment is forfeited.
