Waterfall Bench

This project took longer than expected but I was very pleased with everything else. Communication was good and the finished bookcase is exactly what I wanted. I would definitely do this again.

Nathan is a real professional with a human touch. He had to deal with many obstacles and even health challenges so the project took many months longer to complete but was worth the wait. I would gladly recommend him for any project you might have. John Rhodes

Fantastic job, just amazing. I spent a lot of time looking for the right expert to make this project come to life. Nathan made it happen. I tried other sites for pre-made cases and not one could fulfill the vision I had. Nathan was easy to talk to and bounce ideas off off and he was patient with changes I had and he even hand delivered and installed the case himself. He’s amazing and if you need something done right, give this man and his business your money then just sit back and relax, your project is in safe hands

Working with Nathan at Black Bear Custom Furniture was very easy. Since the desk that my husband bought for his study did not have a low and wide bookcase, I contracted with Nathan to produce one that would work well. I took pictures of the desk and I drew out what the legs looked like on the desk with the dimensions so he could match them. He sent blueprint type drawings for me to approve. While his communication with me wasn't immediate each day, he responded within a reasonable amount of time. While he didn't complete the project right on time, he did work with me to get the color stain and glazing right so it looked more like the existing desk. My husband and I were very pleased with the finished product and we would use Nathan again.

Nathan was outstanding from the very beginning and an absolute delight to work with. He asked questions that I hadn't thought of and made wonderful suggestions. He sent drawings to make sure we were on the same page. He kept me up to date on the progress of the project and let me know when his supplier caused a delay. The finished project was exactly what I had envisioned. I would absolutely use Nathan again.

Nathan did a fantastic job building a dining table and chairs for me. He kept me updated throughout the process, responded promptly to all my questions and worked with me to make sure I was happy with the design. The job was done and delivered when promised and he was very easy to work with. I have already had tons of compliments on my new table and chairs and would highly recommend Black Bear Furniture.

The final product far exceeded my expectations and it was delivered promptly on the agreed upon finish date.
