Tulle Skirt
This is a black, blouse and printed fabric tulle skirt. A favorite to my 8 year old daughter. Can be worn as a costume or as a skirt over a pair of short. This skirt is made of stretchy material and can be made to fit newborns to adults.

I have been making tulle dresses for little girls birthday parties and even just for pictures for the past couple of years. It was something that started out as a princess party for my niece and turned into a side business. Pretty much anything is possible with tulle as well as fabric.
