Most pieces ship via freight. Shipping includes curbside delivery. Inside delivery or white glove unpacking is an extra cost. Please make sure to inspect goods before signing for them. Once signed for all liability for shipper and maker are waived. If you are reading this we can probably ship to you!

Guice Woodworks attempts to finish all orders on time though due to factors outside of our control Guice Woodworks makes no representation that delays will not occur in completing your order.	⁃	⁃	Samples and photos may not match material purchased. Samples and photos are intended only to represent a general look, texture and color of each of our custom products, and are neither a warranty nor are they a full representation of the product. There may be significant differences in color, texture and character from the look of the sample and the material purchased.	⁃	⁃	Any variation or defect is acceptable with reclaimed lumber purchases if the product is structurally stable. Often times once we start working with the lumber, we find variations such as wood rot, splitting, or insect damage that lends itself to overall character of the wood. These are examples of character marks that can and most likely will appear in reclaimed lumber: mineral staining, color changes, species changes, weathering, discoloration and staining, rough-sawn, cracking, nail holes, loose knots, tool marks, dents, thickness variations (up to 3/4") length/width variation (up to 1 1/4"), splitting, and mixed grain patterns. If customer has specific standards for items such as color or texture of wood, those standards MUST be very clearly put in writing in advance of placing order and payment.	⁃	⁃	Limitation of Liability: Liability shall not exceed the total purchase paid by buyer. Guice Woodworks under no circumstances shall be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from its products.	⁃
