Sculptures From Chenille Stems (Medium)

Russell has been weaving with Chenille stems, aka pipe cleaners, for decades. We can create a custom sculpture for you! Magical creature, natural animal, plants, foods; whatever you desire! The sculptures shown in the photos are available for purchase, unless marked as 'sold'. We love creating custom sculptures for people and organizations! We can scale the size and complexity of the sculpture to meet your budget, as long as you meet the minimum. Just send us your concept, budget, and timeline, and we can get started! Once we have discussed the project concept and parameters, Russell will begin weaving, by hand, a Chenille stem sculpture for you! They do take some time to create because of the level of craft involved. But we are sure you'll appreciate it when you receive your lovely sculpture! These sculptures are not intended for children. They are inherently pokey because of the chenille stem tips, so they aren't for petting or cuddling. The sculptures are flexible and pose-able, can stand on their own, and are best displayed in a scene on a shelf, perhaps interacting with other sculpture. A child or dog could pull apart the weaving or otherwise damage them if left unsupervised. But an adult can handle the sculptures and pose them without any trouble.
