Maker Policies Our mission is to make you happy. That is why in the unfortunate case you receive an incorrect or defective item, please let us know asap, and we will arrange a quick return for you. We usually give 30 days to do so. If the product arrives damaged, please notify us within 24h of receipt of the goods with a couple of photos showing the problem. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, except returns due to damage or product defects. Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to appear on your account. If you are eligible for a refund, you should expect to receive it within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly.
