I'm happy to ship within the continental United States or Canada. I have used USPS, UPS, or Ground Shipping Services to deliver. The best delivery method depends on a number of factors like the destination and the size of the piece you purchase. I'm happy to work with you to decide what makes the most sense.

Because satisfied customers are my reputation, I want happy customers! If you are not happy with a purchase, please let me know. My strong preference is always to listen to you and then to work to resolve your concerns informally. Formally, all custom pieces sold are eligible for return and replacement only if they arrive damaged or broken or are “materially different” than represented. Custom, made-to-order commissions are not returnable or refundable. Refunds may be allowed if work has not yet started and/or materials have not been purchased.
