Shipping Policy

I try to personally deliver everything I make. Because of this I can only deliver to the southeast and parts of the northeast United States. Any delivery outside of my scope will be delivered by private carrier white glove service. Actual shipping costs will be determined by piece and location.

50% of the final price is required up front to start work. Orders may be changed or cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order. Issuance of a refund or exchange following the 48 hour grace period is at the sole discretion of The Wood Hobbit. I work very closely with my clients during the design process to ensure the final product meets your expectations and design preferences. Because of their nature, custom items that are made-to-order, such as tables and seating are considered final sale.
