Shipping Policy

Due to strict shipping laws, I currently only ship to the US or Canada. Exotic leathers are market items can be shipped in the US only. Items over 500$ require signature and additional insurance. These items are hand made and one of a kind only. Your current address is required to be verified before shipping. There are no returns or refunds on custom items. Deposits on custom items are non refundable and balances must be paid in full before the item ships.

I prefer all of my customers to have one of a kind works therefore I may not be able to completely replicate an item if requested. Payment is 100% upfront and items are shipped with tracking insurance and signature required. There are no returns and refunds however I do warranty my items for 5 years and cover any minor wear and tear. I do not cover damage done to the bag other than normal wear and tear. I include care instructions and specific product recommendations as well as dust covers for bags and larger clutches that may need storage.
