Hi Michael, thanks and congratulation to this wonderful designed Nixie Clock. First great impression - very good and safe packed ! Connected to power and the clock worked immediately and after some minutes on the GPS signal and adjusted to the correct NZ time. Second time impressed ! I love the clock, its beautiful and sleek. I only have one concern with it, its noisy. The design of the clock is aesthetically beautiful, but I really wish that it was sealed better to block the noise from the tubes. Perhaps a clear gasket could be used. Otherwise that, I love the clock its truly original and a great talking piece too.

Shipping Policy
All orders are packaged securely and shipped within the time specified in the listing. All orders are insured. Glass clocks are double boxed for protection. USA Orders are shipped UPS - Delivery in 2-3 days for larger items, 1st Class Mail for small items. Different shipment options are available. International Orders are shipped USPS Express Mail with insurance and tracking - Delivery in 6-30 days (sometimes a package will sit in customs for weeks). Note: Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. By law, we must declare all items at their full value and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees and administrative fees which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our control and beyond the original delivery estimates. If you refuse a shipment from Cold War Creations or refuse to pay any import fees that may be due, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any customs or taxes, and the cost of returning the package to Cold War Creations. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the event that the return fee exceeds the order total, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase or by special arrangement. All shipping fees are assumed by the buyer unless there is a problem with the order. Warranty: All clocks are warrantied for 1 year from date of purchase, not including breakage due to misuse or neglect. IN-16 Nixie tubes are warrantied 6 months from date of purchase. All other tubes are warrantied 1 year from date of purchase.
