Jay was patient, helpful, quick to respond to every question and concern, and created exactly what I asked. This was my first experience using this site and I am so lucky to have found Jay! The process was super easy and Jay was exactly on time, just like he promised! I would not hesitate to ask Jay to make another masterpiece for me! He is truly talented!

Retro Steam Works was very easy to work with and did a great job preparing CADS and communicating spec with me. The quality of the lamp I received was great as well. I highly recommend them and would work with them again.

The chandelier Jay made for us was truly a labor of love. We had a couple of issues come up during install and he was readily available to help us. Jay stands behind his product and has been extremely professional throughout the process. The finished lamp looks perfect. Couldn't have gotten a better piece for the kitchen island. Thank you, Jay!!

I found a picture of a light fixture I wanted in a magazine. My decorator and I looked EVERYWHERE for a similar one. I stumbled on the Custom Made website during this search. Jay seemed to make something similar. I contacted him and through endless emails of pictures and drawings we developed, together, the perfect compromise. Jay could not have been easier to work with, his price was very reasonable and we LOVE the light fixture!

Love my pendants. Everything I wanted- American made custom pendants that capture the look I wanted exactly.

It's nerve-wracking working with an unseen product let alone maker, but i was beyond pleased with my end product. jay walked me through the design till it was just right (but still unseen - eek) i am so glad i took the leap of faith because his light fixture is FANTASTIC and fits my space perfectly! He gets a HIGH recommendation from me, jump in - the water is fine :)
