All projects start as ideas. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer 3d rendering as an additional service. We always recommend this as a starting point because it's easier to tweak a design on a computer screen than once it's built.

Packaging and Shipping via UPS is based on project size and weight and is calculated separately.

Maker Policy
Due to the nature of custom made pieces, cancellations will not be honored once project has started and purchaser is liable for full contract cost, plus shipping and packaging. Returns will be accepted and refunds will be issued due to defects in materials and/or craftsmanship. All damages incurred during shipping will be subject to package carrier's policies. All hand made items are guaranteed to be free from material and/or craftsmanship defects for the life of the item and all claims will be handled on an individual basis at the sole discretion of the maker.
