Shipping Policy
It may take unto couple of weeks to create your unique order (depends on the product - please see item's specific shipping). If there is a chance it may take longer, you will be notified within 1st week after your order. Your item(s) are shipped via USPS Priority mail. (Tracking included, expected delivery is 1-3 business days depending on your location within the USA). For any orders outside of continental US, please contact first for estimated shipping cost.

You will be receiving digital proofs early in the process and your order will not be moved into production without your complete approval. Since this is a customized and personalized product, no refunds are issued. However, if there are any issues upon delivery, please contact me immediately, so we can start working on correcting the issue. If the item comes in damaged, I will send you a replacement after receiving the damaged item. ( customer pays return shipping). We strive for nothing less then a 5 star service - so if there is anything wrong with your order, contact us first so we can correct it.
