Though I trained to work with fresh flowers, I chose to work with silk flowers since I have a little one to take care of. Refund: I will issue refund if there is any damage to the designs during transit. Please send me the pictures of the damaged design within 24 hours of receiving the design. Return: I accept returns. Returns must be made within 5 days of receiving the design and the buyer must pay the return shipping. Cancellations: I do not accept cancellations on custom orders.
