Custom orders cannot be refunded. Due to the unique dynamic of building custom goods, deadlines can run over. In the event there is damage during shipping, I will consult with the client towards a solution. In the event any issues arise during the Maker Marketplace process, I'll work with clients towards reasonable outcome.
