We currently ship out of New York using first class mail. We only ship inside the United States at the moment. Our shipping time takes 7-10 business days from start to finish.

We back our items with a 30-day Money-Back Guarantee of Satisfaction (exception: Personalized Monograms). If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item, simply return it within 30 days and we'll exchange, credit, or refund the cost of the item.Please note: Any items that are customized (Personalized Monograms) cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. We do accept cancellations if you contact us within 10 hours of placing your custom order. After 10 hours, we can accommodate changes within a limited timespan of placing your order.
