This stand is truly a thing of beauty. Scott was great to work with. I told him early on I had an upcoming trip, and concerns that it would not arrive before I left. He got it to me way ahead of time. The workmanship is awesome! My Stelling is really enjoying its new companion.

Scott's creations are as every bit beautiful and stunning as the musical instruments they hold. I now have 2 of his wall stands, and one floor stand. They are expertly crafted using the finest woods. These are the best instrument stands on the market, hands down! Thanks, Scott!

This is the fourth of four stands I have ordered from South Mountain. My two previous two banjo stands are from the same maker, and I just received this additional banjo stand and a guitar stand. I knew the design that worked for my banjos would make sense for a valuable classic guitar. Aside from the quality of workmanship and materials, the stands are aesthetically pleasing, protect the finish on my instruments, and work on shelves when I am not playing and as floor stands on which to rest instruments when I put them down during practice. I highly recommend South Mountain Woodworks.

First, let me say most emphatically that this stand is a well-crafted piece of art. A piece of very functional art. I got it to hold and display a recently acquired Huber banjo and they make a most fitting pair. The aesthetics of the design, the materials and finish are outstanding. Working with Scott was equal perfection. His responses were timely, his delivered product was as described and arrived as promised. I couldn't be more pleased. Simply magnificent!

could not be happier...beautiful workmanship and very secure.

The guitar stand received was really a work of art. Scott worked with me to customize a design. I will be giving this as a wedding present and I couldn't be happier.

It was a very beautiful piece, and he was easily accessible, allowing for fast communication. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for high quality craftsmanship!

I had looked online, among other sources, for ages seeking an exceptional Banjo stand for my Huber Banjo. I really love the looks and quality of this stand. I am contemplating purchasing another banjo and if I do, I will definitely be purchasing an additional stand. The workmanship is artwork in itself.
