Working with Mark was a pleasure. I set out to have something very special made for my fiancé and wanted her memory box to be something she cherishes for the rest of her life. Mark did an incredible job and went above and beyond to make sure that he met my expectations. He put as much passion into this project as I would have if I were capable of marking such a beautiful piece. I highly recommend Mark for any of your projects. Project was delivered on time. Mark kept me informed on the progress of work and was very professional. Mark was also very patient with the questions and changes I had to the cabinet. Very happy with the final product. One note -- opt to use other methods of delivery as I used fed ex and there was slight damage to one of the wine holders - easily fixed with glue but annoying (not the first time this has happened with orders or worst experience I've had with federal express). Nevertheless, the cabinet is a great piece of furniture that is also a work of art. I'll post pictures soon.

Mark was great! He was very communicative--lots of pictures and dialogue to explain the evolution of the project. The final product is beautiful, and I can't wait to give it to my husband.

Mark was extremely easy to work during this project. We were drawn to his profile because of the obvious craftsmanship we saw in his prior works and a similar custom knife he had created for another Eagle Scout. For our project, that expertise plus his connection to the materials and the finished product came through. We were not disappointed! I hope we have the opportunity to work with Mark again.

Mark does very good work at a reasonable price and can deliver on time. The piece he did for me looks very nice and I am pretty pleased with it. I can recommend him to others – but I will add one caveat: make sure you are clear upfront with your specifications and communicate frequently during the design and production process. Because in my original RFP I stated (sort of offhandedly I suppose) that I wanted a bar cart that could accommodate standard off-the-shelf wine glass stems (the more economical ones made by Libbey and such, etc.). Unfortunately, that spec was not met due to a communication error. In the grand scheme of things it’s a relatively minor thing and it does not take away from the look of the work, which is pristine. But it would have been a nice-to-have. So the bottom line is: Mark is a very talented craftsman who delivers well-made and elegant pieces but be sure to state your specifications very specifically upfront.

My client is satisfied with the final product and accepted delivery. As the designer/architect, however, I found it difficult not to be able to talk with the cabinet maker via telephone. Minor things were missed by using only email, e.g. difficult to approve stain sample via photos, top is narrower than specified etc. Thank you

Working with Mark has been a great experience. He was able to see the vision that I had for my retirement chest and asked the questions needed to make sure this one-of-a-kind piece was exactly what I was looking for. Now that the barrel has been delivered, I must say the pictures don't do it justice. The piece is massive and the attention to detail is amazing. I highly recommend Mark for any of your woodworking needs!

This was my first woodworking project and Mark was great to work with. He kept me up to date on the progress of the project and offered his advice along the way. Overall a good experience.
