The Twisted Cow is a Maryland based company that designs and creates custom dog collar and leashes.
Our collar designs are unique, fun, and fabulously functional. We design collections that feature combinations of pattern, unique hand work, and tosses in bold textures to tap into the originality of our wearers.
Honestly, our drum beat makes us dance to some obnoxious urban flair, bold color palettes, and kisses of southern charm.
