Hammered in Time is owned and operated by Angie and Aaron DeWitt. We started our company with hopes and dreams of providing Handmade, Quality, Furniture and Decor for peoples homes and Businesses at an affordable price. We were doing structural steel, residential and commercial railings, storefronts and restaurant rebuilds, but really wanted to be more creative. It is not easy competing with imports. But we were sure as soon as people, saw, felt and fell in love with our products, there would be no turning back. When you buy from us, you are supporting a small, local business that is employing local workers and using american supplies. Our shop is located in an amazing old brick factory building in Derby, Connecticut. We are always a phone call away, with any questions, problems or concerns. You want something custom made? No problem, just shoot us a message and we will get back to you shortly. That is the benefit of buying locally. Small orders will be shipped via UPS and Large orders will be shipped from various freight providers depending upon location.

RETURN POLICY: Every item we sell is handmade to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on any products. UPS and Freight Shipments: When your order arrives, please open it immediately. Contact us through Custom made or Email within 24 hrs of arrival. If you have a damaged item from shipping, You must refuse the product, and we will replace the item. We do not issue refunds, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, but we will send you a new product free of charge if the item is damaged upon arrival. We want our customers to be happy with their products for years to come! Sometimes a faulty screw or weld can Happen, our products are handmade. Contact Us and we will be happy to try to figure out a replacement option. Customer is responsible for all shipping. Shipping is never refundable.
