About My Business: I launched my company in 2013 to customize garments for women that dress to please themselves. We value customer satisfaction and strive to provide the best service possible.
What We Do: We offer custom dress making. Our sizes range from Extra Small to Extra Large. Our strength is in couture hand embroidery which is executed with the help of skilled artists using top quality elements.

I sent her very few pictures of what I had in mind, and she was able to create a beautiful wedding dress. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars in expertise is because the buttons on the back of the dress did not stay clasped. All night the back of my wedding dress was popping open and I believe that if they were done differently, it would've prevented this issue. Lavanya handled this very professionally though and offered to fix the dress free of charge. Everything else was perfect and she had sent me a very detailed measurement request that I believe was extremely important through this process. The dress fit perfectly and I still receive compliments. I was hesitant to work with someone so far away but Lavanya made this experience very easy! This was my first experience using custommade.com and because it went so well, I will continue to use this site. I still cannot believe that I had a beautiful, quality, custom made wedding dress to wear on my special day. Lavanya was very affordable and her pricing is fair. She was patient through the process and very kind in her communication. I would absolutely recommend her and I plan to work with her again in the future.
