Furniture orders can be changed or cancelled for any reason within three days of the order date. After three days, changes or cancellations for “Stock” furniture may be subject to restocking fees of up to 25%, in addition to return shipping costs. “Custom” orders cannot be exchanged, cancelled or returned. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
