About my business - I started out by making a barnwood table for my college age daughters loft. I really enjoyed the experience and people seemed to love the look. My wife insisted I build one for our home and it just took off from there.
I build custom dining tables, coffee and end tables made from reclaimed materials primarily from barns here in Michigan. I also build live edge furniture primarily from Walnut.
This is a part time - for the love of woodworking activity. My 'other' job as a Corporate Financial Analyst payers the bills. Adding a few dollars to the college fund for my 4 kids is nice but isn't what drives me.
I think you'll find my prices to be very fair. Ideally I prefer clients who send me pictures of items they'd like built. I occasionally build pieces and sell them as is. I really hope I can build you that one of a kind piece of furniture that will serve for generations.

Shipping Policy
I ship within the continental US only. Within the ordering process I will give you a quote. I'm willing to deliver within 100 miles of the 48170 zip code. Please do not agree to any pricing until we've discussed shipping. There are many options for shipping that can save or add cost to the shipping charges. Keep in mind I make no profit on shipping.

Maker Policy
If we agree to a custom design, once the customer gives their email confirmation I can't allow any cancellation. In the event of damage during shipping, I ask that you refuse delivery and the item will be sent back. I honestly believe you will find me more than accommodating to fixing any issue you might have once delivery has occurred, whether through some form of refund or return. To date, after building over 50 custom pieces, I have never had a client unhappy or ask for a refund.
