Hi! We are Daniel and Zulayra. We're a husband and wife team that hand makes goods for your home. My husband has spent the past 20 years serving his country and now we are embarking on a new journey as he transitions from soldier to civilian. Daniel grew up a true country boy in Kentucky while Zulayra grew up in the sunshine state, Florida. Despite our differences in upbringings, we are best friends, parents to two adorable sassy little kiddos and partners in everything we do.
Our heart goes into our work and we hope to be able to share our love with you through our handmade products.

\*General Info\* We are always looking for an affordable shipping option so we may ship via either USPS, FEDEX, or UPS. When it is time to ship your item(s), we will combine shipping for multiple orders and also refund any shipping overages - if any. We, too, are consumers and aren't too fond of outrageous shipping prices. We are not looking to profit off our customers on shipping prices, thus, we will refund any overages in shipping if there are any. \*Turn-around Time\* Unless otherwise noted, most items are "Made to Order" (MTO), because of this please allow 2-3 weeks for your item to be shipped. This time frame is subject to change. If it's all done and ready, expect 1-3 business days for the item to be shipped. \*International Shipping\* International friends, our items are being shipped from the United States. Please allow for longer transit times in receiving your order. We value you and appreciate your business. We, the seller, assume no responsibility for any additional fees associated with international shipping/customs. For international orders, the buyer is responsible for custom fees and taxes. Import duties, VAT taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. Avalara Sales Tax software will calculate your VAT fees for free: http://salestax.avalara.com - add your location and the program will insert the current percent of VAT for your location. \*Damaged or Lost Products\* If in the unfortunate event that your product reaches you in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately. Pictures of the shipping box and material as well as the product will need to furnished for any claims that need to be filed with the shipping company. If your tracking info states your item is delivered and you have not received the item, we recommend contacting the delivery carrier to submit a claim. Please also contact us so that we may be aware of the situation and we will try to assist in any way we can. In most situations (determined case by case), we will send you a replacement item; however, again, this will be determined case by case. We want you happy and will discuss your options with you. :)

The return or exchange window is 10 business days of when you received the item. \*For Refunds\* Depending on the situation, we will provide a refund for your purchase minus the shipping costs upon receipt of the item at our location.
