My name is Jarrett Maxwell and I am the artist, designer, and craftsman behind Geometric Innovations LLC. I strive to create innovative designs that blur the lines between art and furniture while maintaining a firm grasp on both form and function.
Whether playing with Legos as a child or constructing tree houses in the back woods as a teenager, I have always been a builder. I am driven by an innate fascination and need to take basic elements and combine them to create larger structures. As a self-taught woodworker, I arrived at my artistic pursuit quite unintentionally. My beginnings as a general carpentry laborer slowly morphed into personal expression as I felt an ever deepening desire to explore design.
My design inspiration, often drawn from nature or architecture, always seems to be informed by deceptively simple geometry. I love the interplay between masculine angles and feminine curves and find great beauty in forms where the details are subjugated to the overall architecture of the piece. For me, the architecture is always the number one concern.
I am continually looking for inventive ways to use and structure my materials that push me to the boundaries of my technical abilities. The greatest joy in my creative endeavor is to envision something in the mind just outside the realm of what seems possible and then labor to flesh it out into a tangible 3-dimensional reality. My curiosity grows with each new piece and I am recognizing an increasing desire to incorporate additional materials beyond wood into my future work.
Each piece I make is handmade and produced as a one-off item or made as part of a limited production batch, however I can recreate a piece upon request. Upon completion, each item I create is signed and dated. I welcome collaboration with my clients to produce something truly unique for their living space.

Maker Policies
Shipping Policy
Shipping: I ship anywhere in the USA and internationally on a case by case basis. I may choose to personally deliver within a 300 mile radius of Oklahoma City. I use standard shippers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. In the event that an item needs to be palletized I may ship by a LTL carrier. Client pays for all shipping and delivery charges unless different arrangements have been made and agreed to in the initial contract.

Maker Policy
Custom work is non-refundable and may not be cancelled once the project has begun. Any changes made after a piece has been started may incur a change order fee. Client will know the additional charges before work continues any further. I offer a 30 day grace period for items purchased from my portfolio of already completed work. Shipping for returns is at the customer's expense and all items returned will incur a 30% restocking fee. Items returned in used or damaged condition may receive a reduced refund. Items arriving to client damaged will be returned at Geometric Innovations expense. Due to the nature of custom work, a damaged item may or may not be able to be recreated. Geometric Innovations reserves the right to remake the piece or refund all of the original purchase price plus shipping costs. It is very important that you thoroughly inspect a piece upon its arrival and note any damage with the shipping company. This policy applies to both custom work and items purchased form my portfolio. If you need an item by a specific date or for a specific event, please let me know in advance of accepting a proposal. Guarantee & Warranty: Wood is a natural material that is in constant movement with its environment. As such, it is vital that it be properly maintained and protected to ensure its survival. Products made from wood should always be kept in a climate controlled environment. It is the customer's responsibility to properly care for and maintain the furniture items they purchase from Geometric Innovations LLC. Geometric Innovations LLC makes every effort to design, build, and finish projects in such a way that they will last for generations. My goal is customer satisfaction and I want to know if any issues arise with an item I have sold. If it appears that faulty craftsmanship or major design flaws have resulted in failure I will work with you on a case by case basis to remedy the issue. This warranty does not cover damage caused by mold, fungi, wood boring insects, or incidental damages considered to be normal wear and tear, such as scratches, dents, dings, fading, darkening, sun damage, spills, water spots or rings, burns, or any damage appearing to be the result of improper use, maintenance, or storage whether intentional or not. Grain pattern, color variation, mineral streaks, and some mild knot formation are not considered to be defects but naturally occurring elements inherent to all species of wood.
