For Patterned Low Media ConsoleWe are so pleased with our credenza; it is absolutely beautiful. It is true to the requested size and wood grain. Jamison was incredibly nice and prompt. He offered far more detail than we knew to ask. He provided constant updates with photos. I would most certainly request more furniture from him!

For Patterned Low Media ConsoleThe piece is really beautiful. Craftsmanship is elegant and evident in the many carefully-considered details. Well worth the wait, it is a piece of functional art that really ties my entire room together. Super happy with it. I will likely have another piece done by Jamison. Thank you again!

For Char ArmoireJamison is so talented! The armoire I ordered from him was very well made and the wood finish is incredibly beautiful. As an interior designer, I can't wait to work with him again! He really cares about making people happy with their products.

For Low Media ConsoleIt was a real pleasure working with Jamison. He was very professional and courteous. He helped me shape my project through the design phase and carried out the project as promised. The final product is absolutely magnificent. I would absolutely do business with him again.
The reasons for not giving a five star review are, I believe, well founded. Jamison greatly underestimated the time it would take to finish the project, which caused frustration. Estimated time to shipping was 6 weeks but the project carried on to about 3 months. The other frustration is that he did not communicate with the frequency that he said he would. He did not respond to my messages as quickly as I would have liked, and I believe he fell short on his promises to send photos or follow up e-mails. So there were some frustrating moments. He communicated just enough to where I knew my project was moving forward. I can tell he's a busy guy.
At the end of the day, my wife and I asked ourselves if we would do the Custommade.com thing again, and if we would do it with Jamison. And I say absolutely yes. Having done one project gives me some trust with him and the process and the work was first rate.
