As each piece is made to order, we cannot accept cancellations or returns once a piece has been started. Unless required by the nature of the project and stated as such before starting, any changes to the design or materials of a piece while in-progress may be subject to additional design fees or costs to reflect the agreed-upon changes. We stand by our craftsmanship, and will work with our customers to fix any piece found deficient in material or workmanship.
