Except for the ebony and bloodwood highlights, all of this piece came from the same forklift pallet. At least one of the woods is unrecognizable to me, but they're all hardwoods, chiefly oak with some maple. Nail holes and other defects, including irregular shapes of the pieces, have intentionally been left undisturbed. Tung oil finish.

For Kitchen tablesAllan Parachini built me 2 custom alder kitchen tables of the exact right size & shape that I ordered (I could not find this in any stores). He finished the job ahead of schedule and charged a very reasonable & fair price. The work done was of high quality and the tables are stable and look beautiful. He was extremely pleasant & easy to work with. He communicated with me frequently concerning both the design and the construction of the tables. He fully lived up to his commitment and delivered the tables to me personally. I give him a 5-star rating, my highest ranking. The tables look great in my newly remodeled kitchen. Thanks, Allan!
