Outdoor Sign

I was looking for something special for my sister and her husband's 25th wedding anniversary … I had "something" in my mind and through email exchanges the Palmer's were able to create a beautiful gift for my my sister's anniversary … in addition, they were able to get it done in a rather short timeframe … the name plaque is lovely!!

Colleen is absolutely fantastic. I gave her a very broad idea of what I wanted and she came up with a great design. My box was incredibly clean looking and solid. Nothing gets stuck or moved too easily. The color of the wood stain was exactly what I asked for. She even notified me of a slight shipping delay due to extreme weather in Montana. Bob and Colleen were in constant communication and took extra time to make sure they understood my project. They also sent design plans and photos as they worked on it. We are extremely happy with the finished product. They were very professional and thoughtful during the whole process. We sent multiple photos to be carved on the sides of the urn and we are so pleased, the carvings look just like our son. The details are beautiful. The craftsmanship is wonderful. I wanted something unique and special and not only is the urn unique and special but the experience of working with Palmer Union Design was as well.

Palmer Union provided good ideas to help refine my project concept, kept good communication throughout the project,
did just what they said they would do, kept to the timeframe, and the final product looks and works great. They also followed up to make sure I was satisfied. Their professionalism and care for their customers are evident.
