Cedar And Walnut Hardwood Box With Leather Boot Inlay
This special wooden box just takes me to my childhood dreams of being a cowboy. What makes this piece special is the leather boot inlay, which is completely handmade. I used lovely walnut panels for the top and bottom of the box, and cedar and poplar for the sides. To give the piece a nice sheen, I applied Danish oil on the lid. When you open the box, you will see that it is lined with beautiful wine-colored suede leather. I used repurposed wood to make this box, so you can be sure that it will last a lifetime.
