His communication throughout the entire process made me feel involved and informed each step of the way. The quality and craftsmanship are outstanding. I only wish I had chosen him the first time rather than the other guy. I would have gotten the quality piece that I wanted without having to spend twice the money.     Good Sheppard was a terrific problem-solver. I needed a gift for my girlfriend for Christmas, and he fit me in last minute and it shipped right on time.     We had a wooden sign made with names of our family and a little personal added saying. The project was completed and on my doorstep in no time flat. Price was very reasonable. Terry was a pleasure to work with and of course the sign exceeded our expectations. We cannot wait to get it up and show it off.
