Broken China Mosaic Drop Leaf Table
A drop leaf table makes an excellent surface for a mosaic table, showing off the design while the sides are folded down. I have done two of these designs, both are sold, but I work from a solid vintage table, and choose dishes to match your palette. Each design is one of a kind and cannot be recreated, insuring that you own not only furniture but a piece of art. These are made with a sealer on the surface that makes them suitable to just wipe down. The sealer repels moisture and stains on the surface of the mosaic. There is some variation in the surface texture, and it does not lie perfectly flat like a tile floor, but I do work to make it as smooth as possible. Seats six comfortably.
