Walnut And Maple End Grain Cutting Board
Please review the pictures of this end grain cutting board, which can be ordered in various dimensions and wood types. This particular one was made 3" thick x 24" long x 18" wide and it has a 3/8" wide and deep juice groove routed on the edge of the maple and walnut joint. It also has grooves on the 18" sides of the board to make it easier to pick up this cutting board. It has four rubber feet attached to the bottom of the board and it was hand rubbed with three coats of food safe beeswax, paraffin and mineral oil. For artistic effect, our customer ordered this board to have inlaid maple doweling, spaced equally around the board. We include a complimentary container of this same product and a Word document explaining how to maintain the surface of your cutting board. We are very open to using other wood types and alteration of dimensions. For over four decades, we have enjoyed making award winning fine art, including oil painting, custom furniture and leather work.
Claudia studied the old masters styles of drawing and painting at The Atelier in Minneapolis, MN. She paints with feeling and passion with a specialization in two particular styles of combined impressionistic and abstract oil painting as well as still life. Her style has a bit of a whimsical feeling to it and her goal is to show the joy that she feels when she sees how God has created nature that she paints.
Denny uses lumber from local suppliers and saw mills. He has chosen to fill a market niche by utilizing reclaimed or lumber from trees from his customers that they find to be sentimental or historical in their families.
He looks for opportunities to work with clients who desire a new and fresh design in their furniture and leather work. All of these areas allow for a way to fill a need that often is not available in the retail market. For example, the picture of the kitchen table made of oak and granite were not available either in size or of materials and led to the chance to develop them both for personal use as well as for availability to customers who are interested.
Leather and wood furniture are especially great projects to work on with our clientele and we look forward to each persons ideas and input as we build together.

We had no luck finding this through big box stores. We did a search and found Debner Fine Art and Furniture. How lucky were we!!
