Collin’s Custom Furniture did a great job on my laundry table. Collin promptly answered my emails and suggested wood types that would work best for my project and budget. Due to Collin’s Custom Furniture’s professionalism and promptness, my project was seamless.

When I posted my project for a custom made vanity I had no idea what kind of response I would receive. Within hours I had many craftsmen showing interest in my project and all vowing they are they best and to go with them. In the middle of all the excitement a very professional, very understated response came from Collin's Custom Furniture. Collin took the time to write out just what he would build for me. He included all the hardware and different woods. He even explained why he needed to use different woods and couldn't build the cabinet just from oak. He included a drawing and when I saw he had misunderstood the dimensions he fixed it right away. Collin was the only craftsmen to write such a detailed proposal and even though he wasn't the lowest bidder on the project his attention to detail got my attention. Collin called me immediately after I accepted his proposal and we discussed in detail what I wanted. He made sure he understood everything and when situations arose where he needed clarification he asked right away without moving forward. Communication was open and frequent. I received delivery by Collin today. He took time from his schedule and drove the 4.5 hours to my home. He explained all the details of the vanity and showed me the different workings that he had stated in his proposal. He explained the process of making the cabinet with the different techniques and also explained the finish he used for the wet environment the vanity will be in. Collins attention to detail got him the job, but his skill as a craftsman will ensure that I will be calling him in the future for the other cabinets I need made for my new home.

This was my first time using Custom Made.com and ordering a custom made piece of furniture. Collin did a beautiful job making this mission oak table to my specifications. His communications by email and phone always made me feel confident that he understood what I wanted in a table. He went out of his way to make sure he was making the exact table I desired.
