Underneath each flower box is a brown bird formed as a hanger for scarfs, jewelry, aprons. This piece is made for indoors or out. It can be hung in a garden or bedroom or anywhere you need to spruce up a wall. Inspired by gardens and bird watching. Surrounding the framed flowers is a forest of green and blue leaves with branches made from clay as well and grouted in. This is a quality piece where the beauty is in the details. I am a ceramic artist. I sculpt, hand build, throw on the wheel, and design hand made tile. Some of my work is functional, some is for art's sake. All of it is my passion and a gift from God.
I have 30 years of experience in clay alone. I consider myself a person that can do anything (in clay). I have many years experience in custom work, working together and creating one on one designs for clients. My designs are fun and whimsical and I enjoy making people smile. I am all about original. My inspirations come from gardens, nature, southwest desert, and other peoples art or creations.
